Elevated - Yes We Cann! Advocates

All social advocacy movements focus on speaking up for the issues that need to be heard. History shows us that real change happens only when people speak out, share, and stand up, which is why ACCM's Yes We Cann! initiative delivers our message of the need for research and expanded access loudly and often!
 
Ready to get loud? ACCM’s Action Team helps people speak out for medical cannabis and get more involved. Here are a few of the ways we’ll help you once you sign up:  

-Offering you free leaflets, posters, stickers, and supplies about medical cannabis issues  

-Sending you ideas and tips on speaking out for medical cannabis at home, at college, and everywhere else—and supporting ACCM's Yes We Cann! Campaigns.  

-Providing you with kits and information to share with local and national elected government representatives.  

-Alerting you to calling and outreach opportunities with your elected officials.

-Helping you write letters to to be sent to your elected officials. 

-Helping you write letters and get them printed by local news outlets.

-Connecting you with a ACCM staff member who can help you make the biggest possible impact for medical cannabis with your local engagement work. 

-If you’re a college student you’ll be paired with a ACCM staffer who can help you share advocacy ideas in the lunchroom, in the classroom, and beyond. 

-If you’re an adult, you’ll receive guidance on getting more active for medical cannabis at work, at home, and in your community.  

-Giving you tips and supplies for organizing presentations.

-Help setting up a medical cannabis information table in your community or at school   

-Sending you updates about campaigns that you took action on.   

-Letting you know about events, psa screenings, and other medical cannabis events going on in your area.

-Occasionally giving you the opportunity to help with urgent outreach needed in your area.
