ACCM is dedicated to protecting the privacy of our online and offline advocates, members and supporters.  

Gathering and Usage of Information  

ACCM only collects personal information from you on a voluntary basis and it isn’t required its to obtain access to www.yescann.org. The types of personal information ACCM collect may include your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.  Some activities on www.yescann.org explicitly involve sharing your personal information with a third party. If you sign a petition or similar call to action that has the express purpose of sending emails or petitions to Congress, the media, or similar, ACCM will share your personal information with the target of the call to action.  On some occasions, ACCM will make our membership list available to allied organizations for the purpose of sending direct correspondences.  

Opt-Out  

ACCM maintains several opt-out and opt-in email lists, including our alerts and issue updates. ACCM gives you control over these and at any time you may “opt-out” and remove your email or mailing address from our files. There is an “unsubscribe” process detailed at the bottom of email, or you can contact us at to be removed from ACCM’s lists. If you do not want to receive USPS mail from the ACCM, please contact us (202) 349-9650 ext. 800 and ACCM will remove your name and address. Any email, physical address, name and other information changes can also be made by contacting ACCM at communications@accmforum.org or by calling us at (202) 349-6950 ext. 800
